Delivery and collection

We post every order with Royal Mail. You can also collect your order from us in St Austell by arrangement.

UK delivery
Standard delivery is free on orders over £30. On orders under £30, Standard delivery is £3.55. Express delivery is £4.45 on any order.

International delivery
We deliver to the EU for £14.99, and to the USA, Canada, Australia, Japan and a number of other countries for £23.99. You'll see the options for your country at checkout.

When your order is roasted and posted
We roast your coffee the day after you order and post it the same day, so it reaches you within days of roasting. We'll email you when your order is on its way.

Click & collect in St Austell
Choose "Pick up" at checkout, then text us on 07428 118280 to arrange a time. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours. Collection is free and by prior arrangement only, from Limak Coffee Co., 27 Cooperage Road, St Austell, Cornwall PL25 5SH.

Subscriptions
Each subscription order is roasted and posted the day after it is placed, the same as a one-off order.

Problems with your delivery
If your order hasn't arrived when expected, or arrives damaged, email limakcoffeeco@yahoo.com with your order number and we'll put it right.
