Our Story

My name is Kamil and along with my wife Charlie we are the founders of Limak Coffee Co.

Our love for coffee has been brewing for many years, trying different flavours and beans from different countries around the world.

Our travels are where we discovered that coffee is far more than a daily habit: it is a reflection of place, people, and care. Of all those experiences, Bali left the deepest mark on us. There, coffee moves at its own pace. It is grown with patience, prepared with intention, and shared with genuine respect. We even tried the Kopi Luwak coffee where they feed the beans to a Civet and then you can guess the rest!

We started looking beyond the cup and into the details that truly matter: origin, variety, processing, and roast. We wanted to understand how flavour is shaped rather than forced. Why balance outlasts trends. Why the best coffee is never rushed.

We chose to turn that curiosity into something real. Through Limak Coffee Co, our family business based in Cornwall, we work with carefully selected green beans and roast with restraint and precision, allowing each coffee to express its natural character. No shortcuts. No overcomplication. Just honest coffee, done properly.

This remains a journey: one we approach with humility and focus.
