A true natural treasure from the mountains of Colombia. Most coffee cherries contain two flat beans, but only 5–10% of the harvest produces a single, round bean known as a Peaberry. This unique shape concentrates the flavour, creating a cup far more complex, sweet, and smooth than standard coffee.

At Limak Coffee Co., we carefully select only the finest Peaberry beans and roast them in small batches right here in Cornwall. The result is a refined, well‑balanced coffee that delivers character without bitterness — perfect for the discerning drinker.
