Sidra is a rare, highly prized hybrid variety grown only at extreme altitudes in the mountains of Huila. Sought after by specialty coffee lovers worldwide, it offers a flavour profile far more complex and aromatic than standard varieties.
Grown above 1,800 metres, beans ripen slowly, building intense sweetness and floral depth. We roast them in small batches in Cornwall to preserve every delicate note.
